Das Hauptproblem, das andere Menschen mit mir haben, ist, dass ich zu viel rede. Dieses Phänomen ist mir seit immer bekannt also konkretisiert sich das Problem etwas: Je nach meiner Laune sind 25% bis 95% meiner Wortergüsse bezogen auf ebenjene selbst. Ich habe eben wieder den Rat erhalten, dass es oberste Priorität sein soll, jenen Teufelskreis zu durchbrechen. Wenn ich erstmal merke, dass ich nerve, soll ich nicht darüber reden, dass ich nerve, sondern aufhören zu reden oder noch besser: Mich zurücknehmen und andere irgendwie reden lassen. Ich kämpfe mit komplexen Ängsten in mir und mir ist die Lage seit fast 20 Jahren bekannt, aber jetzt noch ein Mal: Ja! Ich versuche es nochmal! Ich versuche es wirklich! Tut mir Leid, auch dieser Text hier! Aber dabei soll es bleiben.
